The Town Council conducts their meetings the first and third Tuesday of each month, beginnning at 7 p.m., in the downstairs Assembly Room of the Prospect Town Hall. PLEASE NOTE: The minutes posted online are APPROVED minutes of Council Meetings. UNAPPROVED minutes are available 48 hours after the scheduled meeting date in the Town Clerk's Office. Only APPROVED minutes are posted on the website, therefore, there is the possibility of up to a one month time frame for minutes to be updated on the website. Minutes from the Council are not approved until the following meeting.
